During this time, the team has implemented more than a thousand social initiatives and projects. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Main areas of activity:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>social work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creative initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The organization focuses on supporting children and families in difficult life circumstances. In particular, it is: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orphans and children deprived of parental care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Families of internally displaced persons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children in need of additional social and psychological support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>The key goal<\/strong> is to help a child grow up in a family environment, get support, find friends and feel stable.<\/p>\n\n<p>The organization&#8217;s team includes more than 50 specialists and members. Among them are psychologists, social workers, trainers, and experts in the implementation of social projects. <\/p>\n\n<p>The organization shares the approach that every child has the right to grow up in a family, and the child protection system should be effective and close to the community. An important area of work is the development of mentoring as a tool to support children at the level of state policy. <\/p>\n\n<p>The organization has experience in advocacy and cooperation with local authorities, as well as many years of experience working with various communities, including the Roma community.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Among the current challenges:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The consequences of the war and the growing number of families in crisis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase in the number of children with psychological trauma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the need to develop sustainable community-based support services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The Youth Happy Family NGO is working to implement effective practices to support children and families in Poltava Oblast and is ready to share its experience to develop nationwide initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11621,"template":"","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_mi_skip_tracking":false,"_vp_format_video_url":"","_vp_image_focal_point":[]},"class_list":["post-12153","members","type-members","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>NGO &quot;Youth Happy Family&quot;<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"The NGO &quot;Youth Happy Family&quot; (associate member since 05.02.2026 ) has been operating in Kremenchuk since 2011.
