They consider, in particular:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>experience in the non-profit sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>existing policies and regulations;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understanding of the main criteria of integrity and reliability in the work of non-profit organizations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ability to provide clear recommendations and to justify their opinions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>experience in evaluating grant applications and selecting participants for various programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to experts, the level of institutional development of the UCRN<\/strong> <strong>is 3 out of 4.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The NGO Ukrainian Child Rights Network (UCRN) demonstrates stable operations and an established team. It demonstrates significant potential in the implementation of grant and humanitarian projects. Basic documented policies and procedures are in place.
