{"id":1995,"date":"2023-02-01T11:08:59","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T09:08:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/childrights.org.ua\/ngo-ukrainian-child-rights-network-is-looking-for-a-director\/"},"modified":"2023-02-01T11:08:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T09:08:59","slug":"ngo-ukrainian-child-rights-network-is-looking-for-a-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/childrights.org.ua\/en\/ngo-ukrainian-child-rights-network-is-looking-for-a-director\/","title":{"rendered":"NGO &#8220;UKRAINIAN CHILD RIGHTS NETWORK&#8221; IS LOOKING FOR A DIRECTOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good analytical, organizational and communication skills (including written communication).<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in management positions.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in an NGO.<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of the functioning of the social sphere of Ukraine and ensuring the rights of the child.<\/li>\n<li>Direct project management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing and writing grant projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in cooperation with national government agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Free use of a PC (MS Office).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in public speaking.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Ukrainian and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>managing the activities of the UMAP Secretariat;<\/li>\n<li>coordinating the development and implementation of the UMDP strategic plan for several years and annual program plans;<\/li>\n<li>managing the network of organizations\/network development and interaction;<\/li>\n<li>participation in the development and implementation of internal policies and rules of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>participation in writing and submitting project applications to international donor agencies and partners to support the activities of the UMDP;<\/li>\n<li>operational planning and team coordination;<\/li>\n<li>maintaining relations with donors, communicating with them and preparing reports;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in external meetings related to the activities of the UMDP;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of the project results, preparation of analytical reports and recommendations;<\/li>\n<li>establishing and developing partnerships with various institutions, organizations, and agencies;<\/li>\n<li>performing other tasks aimed at organizational development of the UMDP;<\/li>\n<li>organizing the preparation and implementation of the annual UMDP Budget;<\/li>\n<li>organizing the preparation of URM reports;<\/li>\n<li>shaping the image of the UMDP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal qualities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of communication skills and ability to work in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>High flexibility and readiness for loads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The competition runs until February 17, 2023 inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the competition, please send a resume with a detailed description of your experience over the past 5 years, a motivation letter and a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ZV169N-zipSu9eVeH5t_GrubPMsMV19Y\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=114066928460046645683&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">competition proposal<\/a> (template attached) to ucrn.office@gmail.com with a copy to <a href=\"mailto:darya.kasyanova@gmail.com\">darya.kasyanova@gmail.com,<\/a> with the subject line &#8220;Director of the Ukrainian Child Rights Network (UCRN)&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Requirements: Good analytical, organizational and communication skills (including written communication).
