New organizations have joined UCRN — the Network now unites 39 members.
On September 26, a meeting of the Board of the NGO “Ukrainian Child Rights Network” (UCRN) took place. Among the issues discussed were the expansion of the Network and the admission of four new members.
We welcome to the UCRN family the teams of the following organizations:
-
Public Organization “See with the Heart”
Implements projects aimed at the socialization and development of adolescents and young people with complex developmental disorders, provides psychological support to their families, and supports professionals working in this field. The organization works to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and promote their inclusion in society through educational programs, art workshops, inclusive camps, and other initiatives.
- Charitable Organization “Caritas Kyiv”
For over 30 years, Caritas Kyiv has been working to support children, protect their rights, and foster a healthy social environment. The Foundation is officially registered as a provider of social services and delivers assistance in line with national standards, with particular attention to children and the protection of their rights.
Its key services include socio-psychological rehabilitation, integration and reintegration, social support for families, prevention programs, as well as adaptation and rehabilitation for individuals with intellectual and mental disabilities.
In addition, Caritas Kyiv actively works on community development, strengthens access to quality social services, and advocates for the rights of vulnerable groups, especially children. - Charitable Organization “Globa22 Foundation”
Founded in 2022, the organization works to support and develop communities, particularly in eastern Ukraine. Globa22 brings together the efforts of local authorities, businesses, civil society organizations, and international partners to implement psychosocial and educational projects. Through a comprehensive approach — including community needs assessment, resource allocation, and effective cross-sector cooperation — the Foundation serves as a platform for implementing large-scale and impactful initiatives in the region.
- Public Organization “Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine” (associate member)
Unites professionals working with family conflicts. The Association promotes a culture of peaceful resolution of family disputes and integrates international standards and recommendations that emphasize considering the child’s voice and best interests in the mediation process. The Association’s big dream is for every Ukrainian to know about family mediation and its benefits.
As of September 29, the NGO “Ukrainian Child Rights Network” (UCRN) unites 39 non-governmental organizations working in the field of child rights protection. The Network’s growth reflects the strengthening of collective efforts to build a comprehensive system of support for children and families in Ukraine.
