The Omada Union “Ukrainian Child Rights Network” is looking for an accountant to work with grants.

The Ukrainian Child Rights Network (hereinafter – UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their impact on state policy in the field of child rights.

100% employment

Requirements:

  • work experience of at least 3 years (experience in public and charitable organizations);
  • experience in boo po 1C, “Accent”;
  • excellent command of office programs (Word, Excel);
  • experience in working with primary documentation; conclusion of economic contracts;
  • experience in financial planning; financial statements;
  • experience in working with grants (budgeting, reporting, controlling);
  • experience in working with donors and preparing reports for donors;
  • experience in the formation of financial statements;
  • excellent knowledge of the regulatory and legislative framework of the financial sector;
  • knowledge of English will be an advantage;
  • experience in working with audit firms.

  • attention to detail;
  • the ability to independently organize their own work, the process of collecting information, reporting;
  • high level of sociability, politeness, ability to work in a team;
  • willingness to participate in new projects and tasks, to improve their skills;
  • understanding of building levels of access to information in the organization and the ability to store confidential information;
  • responsibility, discipline.

Duties:

  • Budgeting;
  • work with primary documentation within the framework of grant activities;
  • verification of program documentation;
  • collection, systematization, generalization of reporting financial, program documents;
  • organization and preparation of regular reporting of the project;
  • advice on current financial issues;
  • passing an audit;
  • accounting.
