NGO “Youth Happy Family”
The NGO “Youth Happy Family” (associate member since 05.02.2026 ) has been operating in Kremenchuk since 2011. During this time, the team has implemented more than a thousand social initiatives and projects.

The organization focuses on supporting children and families in difficult life circumstances. In particular, it is:
- Orphans and children deprived of parental care
- Families of internally displaced persons
- Children in need of additional social and psychological support
The key goal is to help a child grow up in a family environment, get support, find friends and feel stable.
The organization’s team includes more than 50 specialists and members. Among them are psychologists, social workers, trainers, and experts in the implementation of social projects.
The organization shares the approach that every child has the right to grow up in a family, and the child protection system should be effective and close to the community. An important area of work is the development of mentoring as a tool to support children at the level of state policy.
The organization has experience in advocacy and cooperation with local authorities, as well as many years of experience working with various communities, including the Roma community.
Among the current challenges:
- The consequences of the war and the growing number of families in crisis
- Increase in the number of children with psychological trauma
- the need to develop sustainable community-based support services
The Youth Happy Family NGO is working to implement effective practices to support children and families in Poltava Oblast and is ready to share its experience to develop nationwide initiatives.
